 4. The blank spreadsheet appears.
 5. Minimise this spreadsheet for the present.
 6. Click here and print a copy of the data required for the spreadsheet.
 7. Maximise the spreadsheet already created and enter the data into the      spreadsheet - you may wish to use your own name instead of Mary's.

 8. Save this spreadsheet as assignment 1
