Looking at & Responding to .... Construction ...Building Detective....What is this building? Is it a roller coaster?

Look at the photograph on the right. It does remind us of a roller coaster or a giant slide. However, this is actually a stairs on the outside of the building. All the glass enables the visitors to see into the building from the outside - a great place to hold exhibitions of modern art and sculpture.
